- Vice Mayor Bautista and I highly encourage our residents who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms to seek medical attention at your private clinic or you may kindly proceed to any Community Testing site.
- Residents who are 60 years old and older who are homebound and wish to receive the COVID 19-Vaccinination must meet the following criteria prior to requesting to be placed on the Homebound listing. The Department of Public Health and Social Sevices will be offering home vaccinations to persons who are: BEDBOUND, FRAIL AND HOMEBOUND BY REASON OF ILLNESS OR INCAPACITATING DISABLITY. It is for individuals who are unable to perform at least two of the following ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING (ADL) without personal assistance, stand-by assistance, supervision or cues: Eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, transferring in and out of bed/chair and walking. Please contact our office for further assistance.
- Residents needing VERIFICATIONS or ESSENTIAL EMERGENCY assistance, a walk-up SERVICE WINDOW is available at the front of the office, or you can contact the Mayor’s Office at (671) 734-3737/3859 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday or Email: barrigadaoffice@gmail.com, or Fax: 734-1988. - Social Security Cards and Passport application forms are available for pick up at our office from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m, Monday thru Fririday.
- Residents seeking services from Guam Department of Revenue & Taxation are advised to contact their call center at 635-1840/41/42/57 or 635-7603/04/06 or you may visit their website at https://guamtax.com.
- Residents are urged to leash their pets as we have had numerous concerns about stray dogs chasing residents, destroying livestock and crops. In compliance with P.L. 31-05, Guam Laws Every Pet Owner Should Know also known as the Leash Law, forms are available at our office.
- Our office is not accepting tires, we only accept standard vehicle tires and not commercial tires. The tires with rims we will still accept, for white goods and loose metals we will not be accepting as of right now. Once we start accepting the white goods and metals, the residents will be informed. We will be accepting from Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
