Guiterrez; Zone Change request from “R-2/C” (Multi Family Dwelling/Commercial) to full “C” (Commercial) zone, for the proposed construction of commercial complex, on Lot 1143-R1, in the Municipality of Barrigada, under Application No. 2018-32.
