Residency Verification from the Barrigada's Mayor’s Office

In conjunction with Department of Revenue & Taxation Real ID Act requirements, all residents needing a Guam ID or Driver’s License must acquire a Residency Verification from the Mayor’s Office. If you are transferring village residency, you must acquire a Village Transfer from your previous Village Mayor’s Office. If you own the home, proof of Ownership (Mortgage Document, Warranty Deed, etc…) is required. If you are Renting, a Lease Agreement signed by Landlord/Realtor and within its lease agreement term is required. Utility Bills are not accepted. Government ID, Passport or Birth Certificates must be made available upon request.
