Application no. 2018-28, The Pacific Land Holdings represented by Taniguchi Ruth Makio Architects (TRMA); request for a Zone Change from "A" (Agricultural) to "R-2" ( Multi-family Dwellings) Zone, for a proposed development of a multi-family resident complex on Lot 2244-R2, in the Municipality of Barrigada. Residents interested commenting on this application, public hearing will be held at the Barrigada Community Center, on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. 

Please Pardon Our Progress. Motorists traversing on Route 8 are advised to travel with caution as we construct the new Traffic Intersection on Canada Toto Loop Road as well as repairing all potholes.

Motorists traversing daily in Tiyan are advised to be courteous to Walkers and Runners and to traverse carefully and cautiously.
